Melissa Lora, GMA’s human resources and operations coordinator, is an experienced professional with an extensive background in leading high-performance teams, optimizing office and HR operations, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Melissa is a first-generation college graduate; she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences, Psychology from Merrimack College and an Associate of Arts in Biological Sciences from Roxbury Community College.

Committed to her community and personal growth, Melissa dedicates her time as a youth mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. Melissa has a passion for holistic well-being and mental health. Outside of work, she enjoys indulging in a good book, exploring different cuisines, traveling to new destinations, and grooving to the rhythmic beats of Afrobeat and Latin music.
