Lidia is a specialist in non-profit accounting who provides bookkeeping and accounting support to many of GMA’s foundation clients. She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and deep understanding of financial management.

Throughout her career, Lidia has contributed to organizational effectiveness. Her professional experience before joining GMA ranges from enterprise risk management in the private sector to a nonprofit environmental conservation organization.

Lidia holds a degree in economics and management from South Ural State University in her native Russia. Additionally, she has completed certificates and advanced coursework in project management, accounting, Excel, and QuickBooks.

In all that she does, Lidia strives to make a positive impact on the world. She is the proud parent of two wonderful kids and an avid traveler who believes that exposure to different perspectives enriches all of us.
