Judy Sneath is responsible for planning and leading an effective communications effort, designed to bring us closer to our clients, to the philanthropic community, and to one another. She supports our staff members in their work and has shaped our series of lunch conversations with nonprofit leaders. Judy consults with foundations on their communications and also serves on the board of a family foundation focused on the environment and education.

Judy is a trustee of the Hingham Public Library. She served as an elected member of the Planning Board in the Town of Hingham, MA from 2006 to 2023 and currently chairs the Town’s Route 3A Task Force, a large roadway improvement project. Prior to joining GMA in 2012, Judy was the Executive Director of the Hingham Downtown Association, where she worked to strengthen this historic downtown’s role as a commercial and civic center.

Judy holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA from Wellesley College. Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Judy is fluent in Spanish and now rows in the colder waters of Hingham Harbor.
