Online Application System
As part of our service to grantmakers, we manage an online grant interface through which qualifying non-profit organizations can apply for funds. Please read this page carefully and then visit the website of the foundation to which you are applying for grant cycle deadlines and detailed instructions, including the unique access code which you will need to generate an application.
Does your organization have an active account?
If you are visiting the application portal for the first time, please check whether your organization has already created an account. Your organization’s development director, executive director, or proposal writer may have the email address and password needed to access the system.
If your organization has never applied for funding through the application portal, please click ‘Create New Account’ to create an organization profile. You should list the Executive Director as the primary contact.

Forgot your password?
If you have already used our online application system but have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to the account holder. If you do not receive an email with a link to reset the password, it is possible that another person in your organization set up the account.
Don’t see your name listed on the account?
If your organization has applied previously and already has an account but you require log in credentials, please contact us to add your individual contact information to the organization’s profile. Please do not create a new organization page to add your personal contact information to an existing organization.
Is your organization’s name, mailing address, phone number, website, etc. up to date?
Please take this opportunity to be sure we have the most up to date contact information for your organization. We must have accurate contact information for your organization to communicate with you about the status of grant applications or to send notice of grant awards. This information cannot be edited by your own staff internally.
Have there been any staff changes since you last applied?
Please take this opportunity to be sure your organization’s profile lists current staff members only. If there are contacts listed that are no longer employed at your organization, please call us to update the information. This information cannot be edited by your own staff internally.
Are you ready to apply?
Once you have established that your organization is in the system and verified all contact information is up to date, or you have created a new organization profile, you may be ready to apply for funding! When you sign in you will be taken to the ‘applicant dashboard’.
On the top menu bar click ‘Apply’ to start a new application. You will need a unique access code for each foundation to which you are applying. To locate the access code, please refer to the website of the foundation to which you are applying. Visit Our Clients for details on funding interests and for access codes.

We are happy to help you navigate the application portal. If you are applying to a particular foundation and have questions regarding application requirements, eligibility, or deadlines, please locate the contact information found on the foundation’s website. The Foundation Administrator will be the best person to answer these questions.
