In her role as Program Associate at GMA, Katy Fyrberg provides both grantmaking and administrative support to several different foundations. Her clients fund in the areas of education, health, human services, the arts, family wellbeing, animal/wildlife conservation and care, and youth services. Katy is recognized for her sharp attention to detail and facility with a variety of grantmaking approaches.

Katy graduated from Emerson College with a BFA in Dance and Theatre, is a certified vinyasa, pre/postnatal, and children’s yoga teacher, and spent time as an early childhood educator in MA. In her spare time, she enjoys trail walking, knitting, tea time, and kitchen dance parties with her 2 daughters and two rescue dogs.
