Rachel Rifkin is a senior program officer and philanthropic advisor at GMA. A specialist in public health, she has implemented public health programs in academic institutions, large hospitals, city agencies, and international non-profit organizations. She is particularly interested in sexual and reproductive health and rights including gender equality and adolescent health.
Rachel received her Bachelor of Arts in International Political Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She then moved across the country to obtain her Master of Public Health from Boston University with a focus on global health.
Rachel lives in Boston with her partner Dave. She is an avid traveler who loves exploring new locations. In her free time she also enjoys reading, playing guitar, going dancing, and spending time with her friends and family
